Grab-and-Go décor is designed for clients who want a polished backdrop without the coordination of a full installation. Each design includes a structured base and a simple balloon accent, professionally assembled and ready for placement.

Grab-and-Go Design Guidelines
Grab and Go designs are pre-styled for quick pickup and easy setup while still delivering a beautiful, professional display. Optional enhancements such as fabric backdrops, specialty foil balloons, marquee numbers, or extended garlands may be added for an additional cost.

Five-Day Advance Notice Required
All Grab-and-Go orders must be placed at least five (5) days in advance. Rush orders (less than 5 days) are available for an additional $50.

Note: If a customer adds additional foil balloons, the garland length will increase accordingly. All designs are for indoor use only.
Loose Balloons (Indoor Float Treated)
Latex balloons are specially treated for 2–3 days of floatation indoors. Outdoor duration varies depending on weather conditions.

Frame Rental Options
Choose the frame size that best fits your event space. All frame rentals are for indoor use only. Available Sizes • 6 ft Frame – $35 • 6.6 ft Frame – $30 • 7.2 ft Frame – $35 Rental includes frame only.
Fabric cover and balloon garland are selected separately within your Grab & Go package. "A variety of color cover options are available.
Final availability will be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure accuracy.
Additional Information
Balloons may pop or deflate when exposed to sunlight, heat, temperature changes, weather conditions, or excessive handling. Dazzling Balloons & Beyond uses professional-quality balloons designed to provide the best possible results for approximately 24 hours.
Once balloons are picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage, popping, or replacement after the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
